Terms for using the LimoVibes website.
By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and understand the current boundaries described below. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Current service boundary
LimoVibes provides transportation-planning information, location tools, approved directory records, protected quote and contact intake, provider profile requests and claims, and email-verified moderated reviews. It does not complete transportation bookings or currently process online customer or provider payments.
A quote request asks LimoVibes to review trip details. It is not a reservation, provider match, vehicle assignment, price, license or insurance verification, service-quality claim, or availability confirmation.
Transportation providers and marketplace records
Transportation providers are independent businesses, not employees or agents of LimoVibes. Users remain responsible for confirming the contracting party, operator, vehicle, credentials, current terms, total price, and suitability for the trip.
Published, reviewed, verified, complete, featured, sponsored, rated, and available are different states. No label should be interpreted beyond the explanation presented with that label.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, probe restricted systems, submit malicious content, scrape protected data, impersonate another party, misuse contact addresses, or use LimoVibes material in a misleading or unlawful way.
Site design, original text, software, branding, and compilations are protected by applicable rights. Factual geographic names and public-source references remain subject to their respective sources and are not claimed as exclusive LimoVibes property.
Availability, changes, and responsibility
The site may change, pause, restrict, correct, or withdraw features to protect users, systems, data integrity, or legal compliance. LimoVibes does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every informational page is complete for every situation.
To the extent allowed by law, the site is provided without warranties that are not expressly stated, and LimoVibes is not responsible for independent transportation arrangements made outside an authoritative LimoVibes transaction status. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
