Our accessibility approach
LimoVibes aims to make its information and services usable by people with disabilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as an improvement target, not as a claim that every page and complete workflow currently conforms.
The interface includes features such as headings and labels, visible keyboard focus, skip navigation on supported pages, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion styling. These features do not replace testing with assistive technologies or resolving reported barriers.
Current scope and limitations
We have not completed a comprehensive, independent accessibility evaluation of every public page, account journey, document, and external component. Compatibility with every screen reader, keyboard configuration, browser, or device is not certified. Uploaded materials and third-party payment components can require separate assessment.
The site currently does not provide a built-in read-aloud tool or a site-wide light/dark theme selector. Browser and operating-system assistance features are separate. The absence of those controls is not an exclusion of blind or low-vision users and does not remove our responsibility to address accessibility barriers.
Get assistance or report a barrier
Email policy@limovibes.com or use the accessibility feedback form. If the form itself is difficult to use, email is an alternative. Tell us the page address, the task you were trying to complete, the barrier, and your preferred way to receive assistance. Browser or assistive-technology details are helpful but optional. Do not include passwords or verification codes.
We will assess the report and work with you on a reasonable way to access the information or complete the task while the issue is investigated. Please identify any time-sensitive need. We do not promise a fixed response or remediation time that has not been established.
Ongoing improvement and your rights
Accessibility work includes keyboard use, focus and dialog behavior, form instructions and errors, readable contrast, text resizing and reflow, and meaningful alternatives for non-text content. Reports help identify where improvements are needed. This statement is not a legal-compliance certification, an accessibility warranty, or a waiver of anyone's rights.
About this version
States an ongoing WCAG 2.2 AA improvement target, the limits of verified conformance, current interface limitations, and monitored assistance channels without excluding disabled users or waiving accessibility rights.
