Privacy Policy

Effective August 21, 2026. This policy describes the LimoVibes website, its administrator environment, and the platform capabilities currently operating. It may be updated as the service, its business practices, or applicable requirements change.

Information the current site handles

Standard hosting and security systems may process technical request data needed to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and investigate operational problems. Directory searches do not create a quote or lead.

When you explicitly submit a quote request, LimoVibes processes your email address, pickup, destination, requested service time, passenger count, transportation need, optional notes, consent record, and a limited security context. Contact and trip details are protected in storage, and a masked contact may appear in authorized administrator lists.

Authorized administrators use email-based verification and protected sessions. The system records security and operational events such as access outcomes, configuration changes, job status, and administrative actions. Sensitive values are designed to be redacted from ordinary reports and support output.

Location choices and preferences

On an eligible visit, LimoVibes may ask whether you want to share device location, choose a place manually, or continue without sharing. Your browser asks for location permission only after you select Use my current location. If you decline or postpone, the resolver may use page or search context, a remembered preference, an approved coarse network-area provider, or the United States default, according to the active resolver policy.

When you ask LimoVibes to remember an area, the site stores the essential, signed first-party lv_location_preference cookie. It contains a canonical geography reference and expiry, not precise coordinates. The essential, signed first-party lv_location_prompt cookie remembers that you selected, declined, or postponed the prompt for a limited period so it is not repeatedly shown. These cookies are HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and Secure over HTTPS. You can replace or clear the selected area using the location controls, or remove site data in your browser.

Device coordinates are transmitted only after consent to resolve an approximate city, county, or state and are not saved as the preference. Raw network addresses and precise coordinates are not written to location cookies or application location logs. Network-derived context is approximate, is limited to an approved provider and coarse precision, and never overrides an explicit choice or page context. Location context does not establish provider coverage, price, availability, or booking status.

Cookies and local controls

LimoVibes uses essential cookies for security, administrator and provider sessions, the temporary soft-launch access gate, request integrity, location-prompt continuity, and an optional remembered location. These controls are needed to provide requested functions and protect the service. LimoVibes does not currently use advertising cookies or sell browsing behavior.

The public location prompt is normally postponed for 24 hours after Not now. A selected area is normally remembered for 30 days when the remember option is chosen. Authorized administrators can adjust these bounded durations in the location settings. Browser settings can remove LimoVibes cookies sooner.

How information is used

LimoVibes uses information to provide and secure the site, authorize administrators, maintain reliable operations, respond to transportation inquiries and communications, operate provider profile requests and claims, verify and moderate reviews, preserve auditability, and meet legal or safety obligations.

A quote request is an inquiry for review. It is not a confirmed reservation, provider assignment, price, payment, or availability promise. Provider submissions and claims require human review before they change a public listing. Reviews require email verification and human moderation before publication.

Sharing, retention, and protection

Information may be processed by hosting, email, security, and infrastructure providers acting on behalf of LimoVibes, or disclosed when required to protect rights, safety, systems, or comply with law. LimoVibes does not sell quote-request contact details.

Retention depends on purpose. Short-lived security controls may expire quickly; location-prompt and preference cookies use the durations described above; operational, administrator, audit, migration, and recovery evidence may be retained longer to protect platform integrity.

LimoVibes uses access controls, protected storage, authenticated encryption, redaction, rate limiting, audit records, and fail-closed feature gates. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Choices and contact

You can decline browser location, choose a location manually, avoid saving a location preference, clear a selected area, and avoid sending optional information by email. Browser and device controls may also allow you to revoke location permission or remove site data.
