No-Commission, No-Per-Lead, and Platform-Fee Disclosure

Live online payments and live automatic-renewal billing are currently disabled. Sandbox or test checkout is not a real purchase or charge. This disclosure explains the configured platform-fee model; publishing it does not activate billing. A separate manual or offline arrangement follows its recorded terms, subject to applicable law.

Our platform-fee model

Our current platform-fee model does not charge a percentage of transportation fares, a booking commission, a success or referral commission, or a separate fee for each lead, quote request, message or response. Ordinary customers are not charged a LimoVibes platform fee to browse listings or submit a quote request.

The listing journey displays the configured no-cost and paid options. When expressly offered and accepted as a live order, paid options use fixed platform-service charges, including recurring charges for selected geographic coverage and optional visibility features. The total depends on the items selected; “fixed” does not mean that every provider pays the same total.

Review your selected items

The applicable amounts, selected areas, optional features, billing interval and available discounts are displayed in the listing journey and checkout. Review the complete order before confirming it. The accepted order records the terms of that purchase; this disclosure is not a price quotation.

Geographic coverage is billed for each explicitly selected item. Overlapping selections remain additive: selecting a city and a county containing that city does not automatically remove the city charge or create a bundled discount. Optional visibility features add to the selected coverage price when shown in the order.

A Free listing has no listing-plan charge and does not create a recurring paid subscription. The configured Free enrollment process includes payment-card verification through Stripe when that process is available; verification is not permission for a new paid plan. Premium uses the recurring terms disclosed in an accepted live offer when live billing becomes available.

Platform payment is not transportation payment

A provider’s payment to LimoVibes pays for the identified platform services. It is not payment for a customer’s ride and does not establish the transportation provider’s fare, deposit, cancellation charge or refund terms. Confirm those details directly with the provider before arranging transportation.

Submitting a quote request or receiving a response does not by itself confirm a reservation, vehicle, driver, final price or availability. The absence of a LimoVibes commission does not mean transportation is free.

Payment, approval and visibility are separate

Where a live paid enrollment is expressly offered and accepted, its payment can be collected before administrative review. Payment does not guarantee listing approval or publication, establish ownership, certify licensing or insurance, purchase a favorable review, or constitute a safety endorsement. Paid visibility can affect display priority within eligible purchased coverage, but it does not guarantee inquiries, bookings, revenue or a particular position on every page.

Cancellation and refund treatment depends on the applicable purchase and its status, as explained in the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy. Do not interpret “no commission” as a refund promise or a blanket no-refund rule.

Questions about a charge

Use our billing contact form if an item, renewal or charge is unclear. Include the relevant listing, order or invoice reference when available. Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords or banking credentials. You may also write to our mailing address.

Listing publication and quote requests

From this version’s actual publication, this section describes the listing-publication features and governs new quote requests and newly authorized expansions. For those features it replaces inconsistent descriptions earlier in this document. It does not rewrite earlier accepted orders, prices, permissions or recorded promised quote-allowance dates. Applicable notice and any required renewed agreement remain necessary before a material change is applied to an ongoing arrangement; publishing this version alone does not supply either. Other provisions continue to apply. Your quote form identifies the route available for your request before you submit it.

Platform charges and quote requests

Under the current provider model, LimoVibes charges the disclosed geographic coverage and optional visibility fees. There is no separate fee to receive or respond to a quote and no platform percentage of a transportation booking. Transportation prices and arrangements remain between the customer and provider.

Paid rights can affect priority in shared request distribution. Priority does not guarantee delivery, a response, a booking, revenue or a minimum inquiry volume. Free listings and any temporary quote allowances have separate publication and access rules.

Approved listings do not automatically expire because a Free quote allowance or paid membership ends. A paid listing whose paid rights end continues as a Free listing. This does not prevent an owner from deleting a listing or LimoVibes from moderating, suspending or removing a listing for another valid reason.

Directory inquiries, receiving access and platform assistance

From this version’s actual publication, this section governs new quote requests and newly authorized expansions that use directory inquiry enrollment or platform assistance. For those features it replaces inconsistent descriptions earlier in this document, including any suggestion that quote-only access grants or always requires verified listing ownership. It does not rewrite earlier accepted orders, prices, permissions or recorded promised quote-allowance dates. Applicable notice and any required renewed agreement remain necessary before a material change is applied to an ongoing arrangement; publishing this version alone does not supply either. Existing requests retain their recorded permission, recipients and access limits.

Directory inquiries and assistance

Administrative enrollment, quote-only receiving access, the initial transition offer and platform assistance add no per-lead or response fee and no platform percentage of a transportation booking. Existing catalog charges and accepted commercial terms remain authoritative.

Where a listing uses a LimoVibes assistance contact, or no usable company email is available, authorized LimoVibes staff may receive and coordinate the inquiry through the platform assistance channel. This is LimoVibes coordination, not a response represented as the provider’s own confirmed offer. An assignment or acknowledgment does not mean the provider has received, accepted or can fulfill the trip. Any provider price, capacity, essential equipment and availability must be confirmed before booking. Platform assistance must stay within the customer’s recorded purpose, recipient limit and contact permission; it does not authorize additional providers or marketing.
