California notice and current assessment
This notice supplements the Privacy Policy of Himalayan Handicraft Inc, doing business as D&S Digital and Printing, the operator of LimoVibes.
Based on our current business information, we assess that LimoVibes does not presently meet the California Consumer Privacy Act's business-applicability thresholds or a qualifying parent/shared-brand relationship. This is a current assessment, not a blanket exemption from California privacy law. We accept privacy requests regardless of that assessment and must reassess applicability if relevant business facts change.
Information collected and its purposes
- Identifiers and contact information: Names, email addresses, optional phone numbers, account and request references, and business contacts for access, listing management, inquiries, and replies.
- Commercial and professional information: Business/listing details, selected packages, orders, transaction status, and related correspondence for operating listings, billing features, and dispute handling.
- Trip and communication information: Pickup and destination, requested travel time, passenger count, service requirements, messages, and any review information you submit to handle the requested service or publication workflow.
- Internet/device activity and location: Browser, network, session, security, site-interaction, and chosen-location information for site operation, preferences, abuse prevention, and area-based discovery.
- Sensitive information in specific workflows: Owner identification and business-registration documents for claim verification, and precise device location if you choose the browser-location feature. Do not include sensitive information in unrelated forms.
Information is obtained from you, devices and browsers, authorized account participants, directory information sources, and operational service providers. Public listing/review material may be published; requested quote information may be disclosed to the selected provider as explained on the form. Service providers can process information for hosting, email, security, and payment functions. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Retention
Claim-verification files are scheduled for deletion one calendar year after successful activation, or 90 days after closure of a rejected, withdrawn, or abandoned claim that never activated, subject to documented holds and legally required exceptions. For account, trip, communication, commercial, and security records, the criteria include the active service or relationship, unresolved requests or disputes, relevant legal obligations, and the need to preserve an accurate security or transaction record. Browser-storage durations and the fuller criteria are described in the Cookies Policy and Data Retention Policy. There is no blanket automatic deletion period for every category.
No sale or cross-context advertising sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information, provide it to advertising or data-broker partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, or operate partner cross-site advertising tracking. Requested provider communications and essential service processing remain separate and are described in the Privacy Policy.
The current application does not translate browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals into a separate website preference setting. Our no-sale and no-cross-context-advertising-sharing commitment applies whether or not a browser sends such a signal. This statement is not a certification of an automated signal-processing system and does not limit any applicable legal obligation.
Requests and California rights
Email privacy@limovibes.com or use the privacy request form to ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy concern. You can also write to LimoVibes, 14717 Pioneer Blvd Apt 74, Norwalk, CA 90650, United States. An authorized representative may submit a request and explain their authority. No account creation is required.
Where the CCPA applies to particular processing, it provides rights to know/access information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of sale or cross-context advertising sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising those rights. These rights have statutory conditions and exceptions. We handle requests under the requirements and time limits applicable to the request; this notice does not remove legal rights.
We may request information reasonably necessary to locate records and verify identity or authority for access, correction, or deletion. Do not send identity documents, passwords, or verification codes by ordinary email or the contact form. A request receipt is not confirmation that the requested action has been completed.
Listing publication and quote requests
From this version’s actual publication, this section describes the listing-publication features and governs new quote requests and newly authorized expansions. For those features it replaces inconsistent descriptions earlier in this document. It does not rewrite earlier accepted orders, prices, permissions or recorded promised quote-allowance dates. Applicable notice and any required renewed agreement remain necessary before a material change is applied to an ongoing arrangement; publishing this version alone does not supply either. Other provisions continue to apply. Your quote form identifies the route available for your request before you submit it.
Quote collection and purpose
We process the contact details and trip information you submit, the pickup area you confirm, pickup time zone, selected service, passenger count, essential equipment requirements, preferred contact method, verification and routing-permission records, and limited security information. The page or estimated location that brought you to the form is source context; it is not a substitute for your confirmation of the actual pickup area. Do not include medical diagnoses, identity documents, payment-card details or information unnecessary for the trip in your notes.
The collected categories may include identifiers and contact information, customer-provided trip and transaction interests, approximate pickup geography, communication content and technical security data. Essential equipment requests can reveal personal circumstances; provide only what is needed to assess the transportation request.
Recipients and customer choices
The form separately explains the request route, the maximum recipients and the requested contact method. Verifying an email confirms control of that mailbox; it does not authorize advertising, an unlimited number of recipients or an automatic expansion. A request originating on a profile whose direct allowance ended may use the shared route stated on the form. The profile owner is not guaranteed to receive it.
Information is used to operate, secure and document the requested service and is disclosed to assigned providers for that request and supporting service providers as described in the Privacy Policy. Request authorization does not enroll a customer in marketing. Existing rights, applicability assessments, retention disclosures and request-verification procedures in this notice continue to apply.
Directory inquiries, receiving access and platform assistance
From this version’s actual publication, this section governs new quote requests and newly authorized expansions that use directory inquiry enrollment or platform assistance. For those features it replaces inconsistent descriptions earlier in this document, including any suggestion that quote-only access grants or always requires verified listing ownership. It does not rewrite earlier accepted orders, prices, permissions or recorded promised quote-allowance dates. Applicable notice and any required renewed agreement remain necessary before a material change is applied to an ongoing arrangement; publishing this version alone does not supply either. Existing requests retain their recorded permission, recipients and access limits.
Directory inquiry handling
A current listing contact may receive narrowly scoped access to its assigned quote conversation after the required mailbox verification. A verification code confirms control of the receiving mailbox; it does not prove business ownership or grant profile editing, billing, account recovery or access to other providers’ conversations. Listing ownership and management permissions continue through their separate review process. Changes to the current authorized contact can end quote-only access.
Where a listing uses a LimoVibes assistance contact, or no usable company email is available, authorized LimoVibes staff may receive and coordinate the inquiry through the platform assistance channel. This is LimoVibes coordination, not a response represented as the provider’s own confirmed offer. An assignment or acknowledgment does not mean the provider has received, accepted or can fulfill the trip. Any provider price, capacity, essential equipment and availability must be confirmed before booking. Platform assistance must stay within the customer’s recorded purpose, recipient limit and contact permission; it does not authorize additional providers or marketing.
The information categories and purposes already described for quotes also cover scoped mailbox verification, administrative enrollment evidence and LimoVibes coordination of the requested trip. This update does not establish marketing permission or alter the existing rights and applicability disclosures.
Automatic location handling on the simplified quote form
This section applies prospectively to new requests submitted through the simplified quote form from its actual publication. It replaces earlier descriptions that require a separate customer-confirmed pickup-area selector for those forms. Existing requests retain their recorded geography, permissions and recipient limits.
When you open the quote form from a localized homepage, location page or listing, LimoVibes carries that location into matching automatically. Where no entry location is supplied, an available saved location or permitted approximate location may be used; otherwise the pickup information must identify a unique supported location. Shared quote forms show the matching area when it is available. A carried browsing area is not a verified pickup street address. Enter your actual pickup address and trip details; providers must confirm the trip, service area, capacity and any special equipment before booking.
Pickup dates are interpreted using the time zone of the canonical location’s representative point, with the date’s daylight-saving rules. A representative point does not establish the time zone for every address in a city, ZIP, county or state that crosses a time-zone boundary. Check the local time shown and state any different pickup timing in your trip details. If a local clock time occurs twice, the form asks which occurrence is intended. An unavailable or invalid location or time is not silently replaced with a guessed value.
The platform sets the response window from its current request settings. Replies use the protected quote conversation and operational email notices; supplying an optional telephone number does not automatically select phone calls as the contact preference. Special requirements may be described in trip notes; their presence in free text is not a certification that an automatically selected provider has that equipment.
Direct requests remain exclusive to the eligible selected provider. Shared requests remain subject to the displayed maximum distinct businesses, existing coverage and subscription priority, rotation and last-resort rules. Automatic location handling does not authorize additional recipients, change membership benefits, or enroll anyone in marketing. The privacy notice and request permission remain separate.
