Version 2 Effective

Cookies and similar storage

LimoVibes uses cookies and browser storage for signed-in access, private support conversations, location choices, and workspace preferences. The storage used depends on the features you access. This policy should be read with our Privacy Policy.

Current LimoVibes-controlled storage

StoragePurposeDuration or control
Administrator, customer, and provider session cookiesAssociate signed-in requests with the authenticated account and enforce session security.Governed by account-session expiry and revocation; signing out ends the active session. Cookie names are __Host-lv_admin_session, __Host-lv_customer_session, and __Host-lv_provider_session.
lv_support_accessAccess to an authorized private support conversation under /support/.Up to one day, or the underlying access grant's earlier expiry. A support access link can have a separate seven-day validity; that is not the cookie's lifetime.
lv_location_preferenceRemember a selected area using a signed geography reference, not precise device coordinates.Currently configured for 30 days; removable through location controls or browser settings.
lv_location_promptRemember whether you selected, allowed, dismissed, or declined the location prompt.Currently configured for 24 hours.
Provider dashboard local storageRemember expanded or collapsed dashboard sections. No application-set expiry; removable through browser site-data controls.
Administrator listing session storageRecover temporary listing-form edits within an authorized workspace.Browser-session storage with an application freshness check; not a substitute for a saved server draft.

Location, interactions, and external components

Device-location permission is controlled separately by your browser and requested when you choose the location feature. Manual area selection remains available. The current network-location provider is disabled and does not make external location requests.

Location and search controls generate interaction events, such as opening the location prompt or selecting an area. The application can place these events into a page analytics data layer when one is present. This does not establish that any particular external analytics service is enabled.

Displayed payment components load an external payment processor, which can process browser and transaction information needed for that feature. An external provider website opened from a listing is a separate service with its own privacy practices.

Advertising, email tracking, and browser signals

LimoVibes does not sell or rent personal information, provide it to advertising or data-broker partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, or operate partner cross-site advertising tracking. Marketing email and email open/click tracking are currently disabled. Transactional and security messages are separate.

The application currently does not translate Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals into a separate website preference setting. Our no-sale and no-cross-context-advertising-sharing commitment applies whether or not those signals are sent. We do not claim that a comprehensive automated GPC or cookie-consent platform is operating. Any applicable legal obligations remain in effect.

Managing storage

You can clear a saved area using the location controls and manage cookies, local storage, and device-location permission through your browser. Blocking storage can sign you out, reset preferences, remove temporary edits, or affect private support access. Removing browser data does not itself delete information held in LimoVibes account, message, claim, or commercial records.
