Google address suggestions

LimoVibes uses Google Maps Platform address search to help complete enabled address fields, including US addresses, airports, hotels and other places. Selecting a suggestion is optional. This notice describes when the service connects to Google, the information involved and the choices and limits of the feature.

When Google receives information

On the Request a Quote page, when address suggestions are enabled, focusing the pickup or drop-off field loads the Google address service. As you type in that field, search text is sent to Google for suggestions before you submit the quote form. Choosing a suggestion sends a further request for its address details. Typing an address manually or choosing not to select a suggestion does not stop those search requests while suggestions are active.

Provider address forms, existing-request trip edits and administrator address tools use a separate Search with Google button. On those forms, the address service loads after that button is chosen; their ordinary address fields remain available without opening the Google search tool. No Google device-location permission is requested by this address-search feature.

Google receives search text, selection requests and related network and browser information, which can include an IP address and technical identifiers. LimoVibes does not include the quote form’s name, email, phone number or separate trip notes in an address-search request. Use location fields for an address or place name; anything typed into an active suggestion search can be sent to Google.

Manual entry and service availability

You can type, review and submit an address without selecting a Google suggestion. If Google is unavailable, suggestions fail or address search is disabled, the existing manual form remains available. Check the final address and add any suite, terminal, entrance or pickup instructions needed for the trip. Leaving the page, closing the search or not submitting a form does not erase information already received by Google.

What LimoVibes keeps

A selected address fills existing editable profile or trip fields. The final address you submit is handled under the same access, public-visibility, retention and deletion rules as the rest of that profile or request. Choosing a suggestion does not make a provider address public or verified, add service coverage or expand the providers authorized to receive a quote request.

LimoVibes does not keep the suggestion list, Google coordinates or a separate Google place-detail record through this feature. Address-search monitoring uses limited service-ready, selection and error counts rather than search text, addresses or Google response contents. Use of this Google Maps Platform feature is subject to the Google Terms of Service and Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service, incorporated into LimoVibes’ terms for this feature. Google’s information handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy, incorporated into our privacy disclosure for the feature. Google also provides information about its cookies and similar technologies and privacy controls.

Address assistance is separate from LimoVibes advertising, marketing subscriptions, remembered-area preferences and browser device-location requests. Using an address field does not authorize marketing or advertising. This notice does not state that Google retains no information or promise a particular Google retention period.

Check the address and transportation arrangements

Suggestions assist data entry. They do not verify a business, confirm a pickup point, establish a provider’s coverage, guarantee route conditions or reserve transportation. Confirm the location, required equipment, availability and arrangements with the provider. The existing Terms of Use, quote permissions and provider-review requirements continue to apply.
