Version 4 Effective Replaced

LimoVibes is operated by Himalayan Handicraft Inc, doing business as D&S Digital and Printing. Our public mailing address is 14717 Pioneer Blvd Apt 74, Norwalk, CA 90650, United States.

Current marketing status

Marketing subscriptions and campaign sending through the LimoVibes marketing system are currently paused. Marketing automation, marketing tracking, promotional SMS, automated voice marketing and purchased-list features in that system are not enabled.

This does not announce an available newsletter or promotional messaging service. It does not describe all cookies or technical activity elsewhere on the website; see our Privacy Policy for personal-information practices.

Using LimoVibes is not marketing permission

Creating or claiming a listing, requesting a quote, making a payment, submitting a review, contacting support or providing business information does not subscribe you to marketing. A publicly available email address is not treated as marketing permission. Permission to respond to a particular request is not general permission to send promotions.

Service messages are different

The platform may send messages connected with a request or service you use, such as account verification, security information, quote-request handling, billing records, ownership verification or support replies. Receiving one does not mean you have subscribed to marketing.

A message is not exempt from marketing requirements merely because it is labelled “service” or “transactional.” Its actual purpose and content matter. Promotional content must not be disguised as a necessary account or service notice.

Questions about an unwanted message

If you receive an unexpected promotional message claiming to be from LimoVibes, use Contact LimoVibes. Identify the recipient address and, if available, the sender, subject and date. Do not send passwords, private access links or payment credentials.

You may tell us that you do not want marketing communications. Raising a concern does not require a purchase or marketing permission. A marketing preference does not itself cancel a requested service, account, order or support case.

The presence of an email-preferences page does not mean marketing subscriptions are open. We do not present the paused system as an active subscription or campaign service.

Changes to this status

Publishing this policy does not activate marketing or create permission for promotional messages. Changing the paused status requires separate operational review of the notice, sender details, permission process, opt-out handling and suppression controls. No launch date or future subscription service is promised.

Contact

Use Contact LimoVibes, Legal contact or the mailing address above. See the Policy Center for current documents. Nothing here limits rights under applicable law.

Listing publication and quote requests

From this version’s actual publication, this section describes the listing-publication features and governs new quote requests and newly authorized expansions. For those features it replaces inconsistent descriptions earlier in this document. It does not rewrite earlier accepted orders, prices, permissions or recorded promised quote-allowance dates. Applicable notice and any required renewed agreement remain necessary before a material change is applied to an ongoing arrangement; publishing this version alone does not supply either. Other provisions continue to apply. Your quote form identifies the route available for your request before you submit it.

Transactional quote messages

Verification codes, a saved-request notice, assignment notifications, response reminders, protected-conversation messages and quote-access notices are operational communications about the requested service. They do not establish permission for newsletters, unrelated promotions or resale of contact details.

A provider may use request information only for the requested trip and chosen contact route. Any marketing program needs its own lawful permission, disclosures and opt-out handling. Shared matching permission and any expansion are recorded separately from marketing preferences.

Directory inquiries, receiving access and platform assistance

From this version’s actual publication, this section governs new quote requests and newly authorized expansions that use directory inquiry enrollment or platform assistance. For those features it replaces inconsistent descriptions earlier in this document, including any suggestion that quote-only access grants or always requires verified listing ownership. It does not rewrite earlier accepted orders, prices, permissions or recorded promised quote-allowance dates. Applicable notice and any required renewed agreement remain necessary before a material change is applied to an ongoing arrangement; publishing this version alone does not supply either. Existing requests retain their recorded permission, recipients and access limits.

Operational invitations and assistance

Quote invitations, scoped receiving-access verification, protected-conversation messages, platform coordination and notices about an actual quote allowance concern the requested service. Administrative enrollment and delivery to a published business contact do not record an opt-in to newsletters, unrelated advertising or resale of information.

LimoVibes assistance and provider replies must respect the customer’s recorded contact preference and request scope. Mailbox verification, a transition allowance or accepting an inquiry does not expand marketing permission.

About this version

Clarify administrative directory inquiry approval, unknown capacity, essential equipment confirmation, scoped quote mailbox access, LimoVibes assistance and a prospective transition allowance without rewriting earlier promises.
