Who operates LimoVibes

LimoVibes is operated by Himalayan Handicraft Inc, doing business as D&S Digital and Printing. Our mailing address is 14717 Pioneer Blvd Apt 74, Norwalk, CA 90650, United States. For privacy questions and requests, email privacy@limovibes.com or use our privacy request form.

Information we collect and why

  • Accounts and business listings: Contact and sign-in details, account identifiers, business information, listing content, images, service areas, and changes you submit. We use these to provide access, maintain listings, review changes, and communicate with the responsible account.
  • Ownership claims: Business-registration documents and owner identification submitted through the private verification workflow. We use them to assess ownership and handle related disputes. These files are not public listing media.
  • Quote requests: Your name, email, any phone number you provide, pickup and destination, requested date and time, passenger count, service requirements, optional notes, and the request permission you give. We use them to handle the requested inquiry and associated conversation.
  • Contact and reporting: Your email, optional name, subject, message, related references, and follow-up correspondence. We use these to respond to support, billing, privacy, accessibility, legal, and security requests.
  • Reviews, when available: Your email, chosen public name, rating, review text, and experience details. We use these for verification and moderation; approved public review content can be visible to other visitors.
  • Commercial records: Selected listing packages, orders, amounts, currency, payment and refund status, transaction references, and saved-payment-method descriptions where payment features are available. Enter payment-card details only in the secure payment component, never in ordinary messages or listing fields.
  • Technical and usage information: Network and browser information, session and access records, site interactions, security checks, and administrative audit events used to deliver the site, maintain preferences, prevent abuse, and investigate problems.

Information comes from you, your browser or device, people authorized to manage a listing or request, published business information used in directory records, and service providers that return operational results such as delivery or payment status. Please provide only information relevant to your request; do not put government identifiers, payment credentials, or unrelated sensitive passenger information into quote or contact messages.

Location and browser storage

You can choose an area manually. If you choose to use device location, your browser controls permission and coordinates are used to resolve a general area. A saved location preference contains a geography reference rather than precise coordinates. You can clear that preference through the location controls or your browser. LimoVibes currently has no configured network-location provider making external location requests.

Sign-in and private support access use cookies. Location choices and some workspace preferences also use cookies or browser storage. See the Cookies and Tracking Policy for the current functions, durations, and browser-signal limitations.

When information is disclosed

Authorized LimoVibes personnel can access information needed for their work. Hosting, email delivery, security, and payment services can process information needed to provide those functions. Payment components can make requests to an external payment processor. Public listing content and approved public reviews are visible to site visitors.

When you request a quote from a selected provider, the permission shown on that form governs sharing of the request with that provider, including the described network or affiliate review. An assisted-contact request can first remain with LimoVibes for coordination. A request does not prove that a provider has received it or accepted a booking. Providers are separate businesses; ask them about their handling of information after they receive it.

We may disclose relevant information to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, address fraud or security incidents, resolve disputes, or protect lawful rights and safety. This does not authorize unrelated disclosure of verification documents.

No sale, rental, or cross-site advertising sharing

LimoVibes does not sell or rent personal information, share it with advertising or data-broker partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, or operate partner cross-site advertising tracking. This operating commitment includes arrangements outside the application. It does not mean that requested provider communications or essential service processing do not occur; those disclosures are described above.

Submitting a quote, contact message, claim, or payment request does not subscribe you to marketing. Marketing email and email open/click tracking are currently disabled. Transactional access, service, billing, and security messages are separate.

Retention and protection

Ownership documents follow the claim-specific one-calendar-year or 90-day schedule, subject to documented holds and legally required exceptions. Other records use the purpose-based criteria in our Data Retention Policy. An expired access link or a closed request is not proof that every related record has been deleted.

We use measures including authenticated access, protected storage for private information, request validation, rate limiting, and audit records. No internet service or security measure can guarantee that every incident will be prevented.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, or raise a concern, through the privacy email or form above. You do not need to create an account to submit a request. We may need information sufficient to locate the relevant records and verify authority before releasing or changing private information. Do not email passwords, verification codes, or identity documents. Any applicable legal rights, exceptions, and response requirements govern the request.

Our California Privacy Notice explains our current applicability assessment and California-specific requests. This policy does not waive rights provided by applicable law.

Policy changes

The effective date and version shown with this document identify the published text. Updated versions and available history are kept in the Policy Center. If a change requires additional notice or permission under applicable law, publishing new text alone does not replace that requirement.

Listing publication and quote requests

From this version’s actual publication, this section describes the listing-publication features and governs new quote requests and newly authorized expansions. For those features it replaces inconsistent descriptions earlier in this document. It does not rewrite earlier accepted orders, prices, permissions or recorded promised quote-allowance dates. Applicable notice and any required renewed agreement remain necessary before a material change is applied to an ongoing arrangement; publishing this version alone does not supply either. Other provisions continue to apply. Your quote form identifies the route available for your request before you submit it.

Quote information and source location

We process the contact details and trip information you submit, the pickup area you confirm, pickup time zone, selected service, passenger count, essential equipment requirements, preferred contact method, verification and routing-permission records, and limited security information. The page or estimated location that brought you to the form is source context; it is not a substitute for your confirmation of the actual pickup area. Do not include medical diagnoses, identity documents, payment-card details or information unnecessary for the trip in your notes.

How quote information is used and disclosed

We use this information to verify the request, prevent abuse, identify eligible providers, operate protected conversations and record delivery, responses and the permissions that supported disclosure. The form tells you whether one selected provider or shared matching is requested. Only assigned, authorized providers may access the information for their own request; a provider does not receive another provider’s conversation or pricing.

The form separately explains the request route, the maximum recipients and the requested contact method. Verifying an email confirms control of that mailbox; it does not authorize advertising, an unlimited number of recipients or an automatic expansion. A request originating on a profile whose direct allowance ended may use the shared route stated on the form. The profile owner is not guaranteed to receive it.

Notifications direct customers and providers to protected pages. Security and operational records distinguish notification attempts from accepted delivery and provider responses. Choosing platform messages does not request provider phone calls or direct email marketing. Any wider disclosure or later expansion needs the separate permission offered for that action.

Access and retention

Public listing contact visibility can end without deleting the listing. Quote contact details remain private even when a listing is public. Closing a request stops future assignments but does not recall disclosures already made. Quote contact details, trip content and conversations are retained according to the purposes and criteria in this policy, including request handling, disputes, security and applicable recordkeeping duties. Verification challenges have their own expiry. A response deadline does not establish a general quote-record deletion deadline. The rights and contact routes elsewhere in this policy remain available.

Directory inquiries, receiving access and platform assistance

From this version’s actual publication, this section governs new quote requests and newly authorized expansions that use directory inquiry enrollment or platform assistance. For those features it replaces inconsistent descriptions earlier in this document, including any suggestion that quote-only access grants or always requires verified listing ownership. It does not rewrite earlier accepted orders, prices, permissions or recorded promised quote-allowance dates. Applicable notice and any required renewed agreement remain necessary before a material change is applied to an ongoing arrangement; publishing this version alone does not supply either. Existing requests retain their recorded permission, recipients and access limits.

Receiving contacts and scoped access

A current listing contact may receive narrowly scoped access to its assigned quote conversation after the required mailbox verification. A verification code confirms control of the receiving mailbox; it does not prove business ownership or grant profile editing, billing, account recovery or access to other providers’ conversations. Listing ownership and management permissions continue through their separate review process. Changes to the current authorized contact can end quote-only access.

Disclosures for platform assistance

Where a listing uses a LimoVibes assistance contact, or no usable company email is available, authorized LimoVibes staff may receive and coordinate the inquiry through the platform assistance channel. This is LimoVibes coordination, not a response represented as the provider’s own confirmed offer. An assignment or acknowledgment does not mean the provider has received, accepted or can fulfill the trip. Any provider price, capacity, essential equipment and availability must be confirmed before booking. Platform assistance must stay within the customer’s recorded purpose, recipient limit and contact permission; it does not authorize additional providers or marketing.

For this purpose, the authorized assistance channel may process the submitted trip and contact details, the listing reference, receiving-contact information, verification records, conversation content and operational evidence needed to coordinate the authorized inquiry. Shared use of a platform inbox does not itself merge the listings’ independent business identities. Other providers cannot view that conversation unless separately authorized and assigned within the applicable request permission.

Enrollment evidence

We record the administrative approval, relevant directory source versions, quote-access grant dates, receiving authority and changes needed to explain routing and access decisions. This does not convert an unverified directory fact into a verified fact. Existing privacy choices, rights-request routes and purpose-based retention criteria continue to apply.

Automatic location handling on the simplified quote form

This section applies prospectively to new requests submitted through the simplified quote form from its actual publication. It replaces earlier descriptions that require a separate customer-confirmed pickup-area selector for those forms. Existing requests retain their recorded geography, permissions and recipient limits.

When you open the quote form from a localized homepage, location page or listing, LimoVibes carries that location into matching automatically. Where no entry location is supplied, an available saved location or permitted approximate location may be used; otherwise the pickup information must identify a unique supported location. Shared quote forms show the matching area when it is available. A carried browsing area is not a verified pickup street address. Enter your actual pickup address and trip details; providers must confirm the trip, service area, capacity and any special equipment before booking.

Pickup dates are interpreted using the time zone of the canonical location’s representative point, with the date’s daylight-saving rules. A representative point does not establish the time zone for every address in a city, ZIP, county or state that crosses a time-zone boundary. Check the local time shown and state any different pickup timing in your trip details. If a local clock time occurs twice, the form asks which occurrence is intended. An unavailable or invalid location or time is not silently replaced with a guessed value.

The platform sets the response window from its current request settings. Replies use the protected quote conversation and operational email notices; supplying an optional telephone number does not automatically select phone calls as the contact preference. Special requirements may be described in trip notes; their presence in free text is not a certification that an automatically selected provider has that equipment.

Direct requests remain exclusive to the eligible selected provider. Shared requests remain subject to the displayed maximum distinct businesses, existing coverage and subscription priority, rotation and last-resort rules. Automatic location handling does not authorize additional recipients, change membership benefits, or enroll anyone in marketing. The privacy notice and request permission remain separate.

Protected quote conversations and notifications

From this version’s actual publication, the following describes new quote-workspace actions and notifications. Earlier policy versions and permission receipts remain unchanged. New access methods do not increase an existing request’s authorized recipients, permit marketing, or change accepted commercial terms. Where a material change requires separate notice or agreement, publication alone does not provide it.

Access and participant boundaries

Access emails open a protected landing page. Opening the secure conversation confirms control of the receiving mailbox and exchanges a new email link for access limited to its named request or assigned provider conversation. For a new customer request, that confirmation starts the matching already authorized on the form. Merely fetching or previewing the email link does not send a reply, mark messages read, confirm the request, or book transportation. New links expire after 24 hours; an expired or used link offers a fresh access email to the currently authorized mailbox. Quote-only access does not create listing ownership, billing permission, administrator rights or access to unrelated providers. A shared receiving mailbox does not combine separate business identities.

Each provider receives only its assigned conversation. Customer conversations with different providers remain separate. Current mailbox, assignment and authority checks apply when access is used; revocation or a changed authorized contact can end previously issued access. Account sign-in and quote-only access remain separate. LimoVibes coordination is identified as assistance for the named business, rather than represented as that business’s confirmed offer. Reissuing access does not add another provider or resend a request beyond its original permission.

Operational message copies

New ordinary conversation messages may be copied into an operational notification email sent only to the authorized participant for that conversation. The composer offers a secure-only message choice, which sends an alert without the message text. Historical messages retain their previous protected-copy treatment. Known stored trip addresses and contact values are withheld from ordinary copies; this is not a guarantee that all sensitive information typed into a message can be detected. Use the secure-only choice for health, accessibility, child, identity, payment or other private details. Do not put payment-card details or identity documents in a message. Initial access emails and quote-term updates direct participants to the protected conversation instead of repeating the complete itinerary or terms. Email may be stored, displayed or forwarded outside LimoVibes; keep it private. Replies to notification emails are not imported into the conversation.

Records and participant controls

The matching deadline limits new assignments and is separate from the period for an already assigned conversation. Passing that deadline does not by itself end an established conversation. The workspace shows whether a conversation remains available, needs attention, has a recorded outcome or is closed. Archived is a participant’s inbox organization choice; it does not cancel a request, stop authorized replies, delete records or reopen distribution. A new reply can return an archived conversation to the active inbox. New means received within the previous 24 hours, not an additional paid benefit. A read marker records that a participant opened and acknowledged the thread; email delivery and an unread count do not prove that a person read or accepted it.

Archiving, closing a conversation, expiry of an email link and expiry of a session are not deletion deadlines for quote records. Quote records are handled under the retention purposes, configured schedule and applicable exceptions in the retention policy. Holds for a dispute, security matter or required recordkeeping can defer deletion. A privacy request requires identity and scope verification; it does not by itself authorize removal of another participant’s independent records. When eligible quote content is removed, minimal non-content records may remain to record the request, authorized disclosures, delivery outcomes and completed privacy action. Email copies already delivered to a participant’s own mailbox cannot be recalled by deleting the LimoVibes record.
