Version 3 Effective

LimoVibes is operated by Himalayan Handicraft Inc DBA D&S Digital and Printing. Our mailing address is 14717 Pioneer Blvd Apt 74, Norwalk CA 90650 US.

Current billing status

Live online payments and live automatic-renewal billing are not currently enabled. Sandbox or test checkout activity is not a real purchase or live charge. Publishing this policy does not turn on billing, create a subscription or authorize a charge. Any existing manual or offline arrangement follows its recorded terms, subject to applicable law.

This policy explains the configured subscription model and the rules that apply when a live paid order is expressly offered and accepted. Availability, prices and the terms of a particular purchase must be shown at that purchase step.

Price and affirmative agreement

Before accepting a live paid order, review its selected coverage, optional visibility feature, total, currency, applicable taxes or discounts, billing interval and renewal terms. Geographic items are additive, including overlapping selections. A city selection is not automatically removed merely because a county or broader area containing it is also selected.

Premium is configured as a monthly recurring service unless the accepted offer expressly states another arrangement. A discount applies only for the duration shown; it is not necessarily a permanent renewal price. A Free listing does not automatically become a paid subscription when its term ends, and card verification alone is not permission to charge for a new paid plan.

For a live recurring offer, you must affirmatively agree to the disclosed renewal terms before recurring charges are authorized. The order and retained acknowledgment identify the agreed items and cancellation method. A later public price or policy edit is not by itself your agreement to a changed charge.

How to stop renewal

Open Provider Billing, locate the relevant listing and agreement, and use the cancellation control available there. The configured cancellation action is “Cancel at period end.” Check the resulting status and paid-through date. Merely closing a browser tab, removing a saved draft or no longer using the service does not submit a cancellation request.

If the control is unavailable, a pending change prevents its use, or you cannot access the workspace, use billing support to request cancellation. Identify the listing or order and the account email used, but do not send a full card number or password. Reading or accepting a replacement policy is not a condition of cancelling renewal.

Cancellation stops future renewal under the agreement. Paid benefits normally remain through the current paid-through date; afterward the paid badge and priority end, and the listing moves to Free when eligible. A listing without an eligible active plan may become hidden. Cancelling renewal is separate from closing an account, removing public business facts or requesting deletion of private information.

Refunds before listing approval

For a paid new enrollment that is rejected or returned for changes before approval, the review-reversal process cancels that enrollment's subscription and refunds the captured enrollment payment in full. Payment does not guarantee approval or ownership.

For an unapproved paid amendment to an existing subscription, the captured amendment payment is refunded in full. The existing approved contract remains separate: reversing an amendment does not automatically cancel it or refund a previously active term.

A refund marked submitted or pending is not yet confirmed complete. Processor confirmation and the payment provider's or bank's posting time affect when funds are available. If a refund needs reconciliation, contact billing support and do not make a replacement payment merely to try to clear the status.

Cancellation after activation and billing errors

Cancellation of an already active term does not automatically generate a prorated refund for unused time. Requests involving duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, unauthorized charges, unavailable paid services or other circumstances are reviewed on their facts. This policy does not exclude a refund or other remedy required by law.

Report a billing concern through billing support with the relevant order or invoice reference. You retain any rights to contact your payment provider, a regulator or an appropriate court; using support is not a waiver of those rights.

Renewal reminders and fee changes

Any future live automatic-renewal offer must include the notices, acknowledgment and cancellation facilities required by applicable law. Where California consumer automatic-renewal requirements apply, they include affirmative consent, applicable advance notices, an annual reminder and online cancellation for online enrollment. These are requirements for operating a live offer, not a claim that every such automated notice is already active during the current billing pause.

A fee change for an ongoing agreement requires the applicable notice and any required acceptance before the changed charge takes effect. You may cancel future renewal instead of accepting a new recurring arrangement. A provider-requested package amendment must separately disclose its proposed amount and effective timing; it does not silently replace the current agreement.

Manual and offline terms

A cash, offline or administrator-sponsored listing term does not become an automatic card renewal merely because it appears in Provider Billing. Consult the recorded order for its term and payment arrangement and contact billing support if anything is unclear.

Nothing in this policy limits nonwaivable rights or remedies. You may also write to the mailing address above.

Listing publication and quote requests

From this version’s actual publication, this section describes the listing-publication features and governs new quote requests and newly authorized expansions. For those features it replaces inconsistent descriptions earlier in this document. It does not rewrite earlier accepted orders, prices, permissions or recorded promised quote-allowance dates. Applicable notice and any required renewed agreement remain necessary before a material change is applied to an ongoing arrangement; publishing this version alone does not supply either. Other provisions continue to apply. Your quote form identifies the route available for your request before you submit it.

Membership and listing publication

Approved listings do not automatically expire because a Free quote allowance or paid membership ends. A paid listing whose paid rights end continues as a Free listing. This does not prevent an owner from deleting a listing or LimoVibes from moderating, suspending or removing a listing for another valid reason.

Publication, paid geographic coverage, visibility add-ons and quote access are separate. New Free and post-membership Free allowances have separately configured start and end dates. The provider workspace shows the applicable access state. A further allowance is not promised by switching plans, renewing briefly, transferring ownership or creating a duplicate listing.

Cancellation of automatic renewal follows the accepted paid-through terms. Ending paid rights stops the associated paid coverage and visibility benefits; it does not automatically delete the public listing. A time-limited post-membership allowance may follow under the applicable access policy and has lower quote priority than paid coverage. Its end is an access transition, not a new charge.

Charges and accepted terms

Current catalog prices, selected geographic items, optional add-ons, taxes and billing intervals are disclosed before payment. This quote-routing feature does not add a per-lead charge, response charge or booking commission. Historical accepted prices, invoices, refund decisions and billing records are not rewritten by this policy update. No minimum lead volume, response or conversion rate is promised.

Directory inquiries, receiving access and platform assistance

From this version’s actual publication, this section governs new quote requests and newly authorized expansions that use directory inquiry enrollment or platform assistance. For those features it replaces inconsistent descriptions earlier in this document, including any suggestion that quote-only access grants or always requires verified listing ownership. It does not rewrite earlier accepted orders, prices, permissions or recorded promised quote-allowance dates. Applicable notice and any required renewed agreement remain necessary before a material change is applied to an ongoing arrangement; publishing this version alone does not supply either. Existing requests retain their recorded permission, recipients and access limits.

A new benefit without rewriting membership history

An administrator may approve a new prospective Free quote allowance for an existing listing whose earlier allowance dates cannot be established. The initial transition offer is three calendar months from its recorded activation, with the actual start, end and policy version recorded for the listing. It is a new benefit, not a claim that missing historical dates were found or that an earlier promise expired. Established active paid rights and recorded promised dates are preserved. Historical evidence supplied later remains subject to review. Repeated enrollment or duplicate branches do not restart the same business allowance. Future policy changes do not shorten an already recorded grant.

Inquiry enrollment and platform assistance do not add a subscription, per-lead fee, booking commission or automatic renewal. Existing accepted prices, paid geographic rights, cancellations and refund terms remain unchanged. No response, booking or minimum lead volume is promised.
