Using LimoVibes
These Terms describe the conditions for using the LimoVibes website and its available platform services. When a workflow asks you to agree to these Terms, review the linked version before agreeing. Purchasing or managing services for a business requires legal capacity and authority to act for that business. You must not represent another person or business without authorization.
Related policies explain particular subjects, including privacy, provider listings, subscriptions, cancellation and refunds, commercial labels and accessibility. An informational privacy notice is not permission for unrelated marketing.
What the platform does
LimoVibes provides tools for discovering transportation providers, reading listing information, sending quote requests, exchanging protected messages and managing provider listings. Available functions depend on the page and account involved. Directory information, commercial placement, ownership management and any separately described verification have different purposes.
A quote request, response, listing or commercial badge does not by itself confirm a reservation, vehicle, driver, final fare or availability. Discuss transportation arrangements, credentials, insurance, deposits and cancellation terms directly with the provider. A provider may need to review a request before responding, including whether a branch, network or affiliate arrangement is possible.
Submitting a provider-specific request permits the handling described at the request step, including delivery to the selected provider's contact or platform-assisted coordination. A general request may enter LimoVibes' internal review. Do not submit an emergency request through this website; contact the appropriate emergency service instead.
Accounts, private links and accurate information
Keep account access codes and private conversation links confidential. Anyone who receives a private access link may be able to access the associated conversation. Provide accurate information, use only accounts you are authorized to manage, and report suspected unauthorized access through our security contact form.
Do not impersonate others, make fraudulent claims, send threats or unlawful content, interfere with the website, bypass access controls, or collect private information without permission. Do not submit passwords, complete payment-card numbers or unrelated identity documents in ordinary messages. Ownership documents belong only in the designated protected verification process.
Content and corrections
You retain rights you already hold in content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. For content submitted for publication, you give us non-exclusive permission to store, format and display it as necessary to provide the requested listing or content service. This permission does not transfer ownership of your business, trademarks or underlying content to LimoVibes. Private messages and verification documents are not submitted for public display.
Information may come from providers or other identified sources and can become outdated. Commercial labels are not safety endorsements. Images identified as illustrative should not be treated as evidence of the exact vehicle or service that will be supplied. Report an inaccurate listing, disputed authority or content concern through Contact.
We may review, correct, restrict or remove content or access when needed to address inaccurate information, lack of authority, prohibited conduct, security risks or legal obligations. Where appropriate, we may request supporting information. These Terms do not authorize withholding refunds or denying rights that applicable law requires.
Availability and financial boundaries
Live online payments are not currently enabled. Sandbox or test checkout activity is not a real purchase or a live charge. Publishing these Terms does not enable live billing, reserve advertising inventory or open a paused service. Any separate manual or offline arrangement must be described in its actual order or agreement.
Available services can experience maintenance, errors or third-party interruptions. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a response to every quote, a completed booking or a particular business result. These operational limits are not a blanket exclusion of responsibility for our own conduct or a waiver of remedies available under applicable law.
Changes, questions and legal rights
Policy pages identify their effective versions and retain published history. A later policy or price change does not silently rewrite an accepted order, earlier agreement or previously recorded permission. Material changes to an ongoing agreement require the notices and any renewed agreement required by applicable law.
California law governs these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without depriving anyone of mandatory protections that otherwise apply. Disputes may be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction and venue. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive distant forum, and do not shorten a legal deadline to bring a claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. You may contact a regulator or pursue an available legal remedy without first completing an internal complaint process.
For questions, use our legal contact form or write to the mailing address above. For help using the website, use accessibility assistance.
Listing publication and quote requests
From this version’s actual publication, this section describes the listing-publication features and governs new quote requests and newly authorized expansions. For those features it replaces inconsistent descriptions earlier in this document. It does not rewrite earlier accepted orders, prices, permissions or recorded promised quote-allowance dates. Applicable notice and any required renewed agreement remain necessary before a material change is applied to an ongoing arrangement; publishing this version alone does not supply either. Other provisions continue to apply. Your quote form identifies the route available for your request before you submit it.
Requesting a provider or shared matching
A request addressed to an eligible provider is exclusive to that provider. It does not consume a shared-matching recipient place or change shared rotation. LimoVibes does not silently send an unanswered direct request to competitors. The customer must separately authorize any later expansion.
A shared request may be assigned to multiple independent provider businesses up to the maximum shown when permission is given. Matching uses the customer-confirmed pickup area, service and essential requirements. Nationwide coverage has priority, followed by matching state, county and city coverage. Within each coverage level, Diamond precedes Featured, then Premium. Eligible Free allowances are considered after paid coverage; expired-allowance Free providers may be considered only as a last resort when that fallback is enabled. Eligibility, verified access and service fit still apply.
The form separately explains the request route, the maximum recipients and the requested contact method. Verifying an email confirms control of that mailbox; it does not authorize advertising, an unlimited number of recipients or an automatic expansion. A request originating on a profile whose direct allowance ended may use the shared route stated on the form. The profile owner is not guaranteed to receive it.
Limits and customer control
A request is an inquiry, not a confirmed reservation, binding transportation price or availability promise. The status page distinguishes saved requests, email verification, assignments, delivery attempts and responses. Assigned providers are independent businesses; one provider cannot see another provider’s conversation or offer.
Use the protected status page to follow responses, send a provider-specific message, close a request or authorize expansion when offered. Closing or passing the response deadline stops new assignments; it cannot erase information already legitimately received by a provider. Further distribution must remain within the permission and maximum recipients shown for that request.
Listing continuity
Approved listings do not automatically expire because a Free quote allowance or paid membership ends. A paid listing whose paid rights end continues as a Free listing. This does not prevent an owner from deleting a listing or LimoVibes from moderating, suspending or removing a listing for another valid reason.
Directory inquiries, receiving access and platform assistance
From this version’s actual publication, this section governs new quote requests and newly authorized expansions that use directory inquiry enrollment or platform assistance. For those features it replaces inconsistent descriptions earlier in this document, including any suggestion that quote-only access grants or always requires verified listing ownership. It does not rewrite earlier accepted orders, prices, permissions or recorded promised quote-allowance dates. Applicable notice and any required renewed agreement remain necessary before a material change is applied to an ongoing arrangement; publishing this version alone does not supply either. Existing requests retain their recorded permission, recipients and access limits.
An invitation to assess the trip
LimoVibes may administratively approve a published business listing to receive inquiries using its recorded services, public fleet information and service areas. This source review is separate from provider confirmation. An unspecified passenger capacity stays unknown: the business may be invited to assess the trip and must confirm capacity before booking. A recorded capacity that is too small is excluded from shared matching. Unknown essential equipment is not treated as confirmed; a service name alone does not establish wheelchair access, a child seat or other equipment. Neither directory enrollment nor receipt of an inquiry certifies licensing, insurance, vehicle condition or availability.
Receiving and coordinating a request
A current listing contact may receive narrowly scoped access to its assigned quote conversation after the required mailbox verification. A verification code confirms control of the receiving mailbox; it does not prove business ownership or grant profile editing, billing, account recovery or access to other providers’ conversations. Listing ownership and management permissions continue through their separate review process. Changes to the current authorized contact can end quote-only access.
Where a listing uses a LimoVibes assistance contact, or no usable company email is available, authorized LimoVibes staff may receive and coordinate the inquiry through the platform assistance channel. This is LimoVibes coordination, not a response represented as the provider’s own confirmed offer. An assignment or acknowledgment does not mean the provider has received, accepted or can fulfill the trip. Any provider price, capacity, essential equipment and availability must be confirmed before booking. Platform assistance must stay within the customer’s recorded purpose, recipient limit and contact permission; it does not authorize additional providers or marketing.
Customer control
Check the route and maximum distinct provider businesses shown on the form. The business or LimoVibes assistance channel identified in the protected conversation must confirm who is responding. Inquiry matching is not a reservation; do not treat an automated assignment or acknowledgment as a confirmed transportation offer.
Automatic location handling on the simplified quote form
This section applies prospectively to new requests submitted through the simplified quote form from its actual publication. It replaces earlier descriptions that require a separate customer-confirmed pickup-area selector for those forms. Existing requests retain their recorded geography, permissions and recipient limits.
When you open the quote form from a localized homepage, location page or listing, LimoVibes carries that location into matching automatically. Where no entry location is supplied, an available saved location or permitted approximate location may be used; otherwise the pickup information must identify a unique supported location. Shared quote forms show the matching area when it is available. A carried browsing area is not a verified pickup street address. Enter your actual pickup address and trip details; providers must confirm the trip, service area, capacity and any special equipment before booking.
Pickup dates are interpreted using the time zone of the canonical location’s representative point, with the date’s daylight-saving rules. A representative point does not establish the time zone for every address in a city, ZIP, county or state that crosses a time-zone boundary. Check the local time shown and state any different pickup timing in your trip details. If a local clock time occurs twice, the form asks which occurrence is intended. An unavailable or invalid location or time is not silently replaced with a guessed value.
The platform sets the response window from its current request settings. Replies use the protected quote conversation and operational email notices; supplying an optional telephone number does not automatically select phone calls as the contact preference. Special requirements may be described in trip notes; their presence in free text is not a certification that an automatically selected provider has that equipment.
Direct requests remain exclusive to the eligible selected provider. Shared requests remain subject to the displayed maximum distinct businesses, existing coverage and subscription priority, rotation and last-resort rules. Automatic location handling does not authorize additional recipients, change membership benefits, or enroll anyone in marketing. The privacy notice and request permission remain separate.
