Your listing, membership and quote access are separate. The form tells customers whether they are requesting one provider or shared matching.
Read the current policiesWhen your listing is eligible for direct requests, the customer’s inquiry goes exclusively to your business. Additional matching requires the customer’s choice.
Shared matching checks eligibility, then nationwide, state, county and city coverage. Inside each coverage level: Diamond, Featured, then Premium.
Free and post-membership allowances are set separately. After an allowance ends, the listing stays public and contact fields are hidden. The quote form shows the available matching route; expired access may qualify only as a last resort.

No. Your total combines the geographic items you select and, optionally, one Featured or Diamond add-on. Current prices above are read from the published catalog. Checkout calculates the final accepted total.
No. Matching depends on customer demand, service fit, current eligibility and applicable priority. Higher pools can fill a request before lower pools receive a place. A quote is not a booking.
Manage renewal in your provider billing workspace. Cancellation and paid-through dates follow your accepted terms. The current cancellation and refund policy controls charges and refunds.
LimoVibes does not charge a per-lead, per-response or booking commission under its current platform fee model. Optional recurring coverage and visibility charges are separate from transportation prices.
No. Featured and Diamond are paid commercial labels. Ownership, licensing, insurance, reviews and service quality must be evaluated separately.
