A clearer presence for your business
LimoVibes gives limousine, black-car and chauffeured transportation businesses a public profile and a way to handle eligible transportation inquiries. For an owner preparing a limousine business listing, the useful starting point is an accurate profile, a clear understanding of quote access and a plan for responding to trips the business can actually serve. LimoVibes connects customers and providers; your business confirms the vehicle, availability, price and booking terms.
Free listing options are published. Premium city coverage is listed at $2 per city per month, in USD before tax, with optional paid visibility. Those facts need context: a public listing does not mean unlimited quote access, and the current policies say live online billing is disabled even though the pricing page describes enrollment. The provider pricing page and platform-fee disclosure should be read together.
Separate four decisions before choosing a plan
Public profile · The approved business information customers can discover · Identity, contacts, services, fleet information and accurate service areas
Quote access · Whether the listing is eligible for a particular inquiry route · Recorded access state, allowance dates and the route disclosed on the request
Premium coverage · Paid geographic eligibility for relevant visibility and shared matching · Exact selected areas, current entitlements and real operating reach
Featured or Diamond · An optional commercial tier within active Premium coverage · One add-on or neither; the add-on supplies no extra geography
These are separate conditions. A listing can remain public after an allowance ends, while a paid badge can stop applying when its entitlement ends. The provider agreement explains the publication, access and commercial boundaries.
Start with the right business record
Search the live directory for your business and relevant location before creating another record. If the right listing exists, use the claim process. If it does not, use Create Listing. This avoids treating a duplicate as a shortcut to fresh access or different benefits.
Prepare information an owner can support: the operating business name, authorized contacts, actual services, service areas and fleet details. Describe passenger capacity and essential equipment precisely. If you work through an affiliate or network, make the arrangement clear when discussing a trip. Use photographs and descriptions you have permission to publish.
The provider services page describes verified email access, private drafts and reviewed public changes. Verifying an inbox does not automatically establish business ownership, and saving a draft does not publish it. Keep ownership evidence in the designated protected claim process.
Understand what Free does—and when quote access changes
The published Free listing price is $0. The pricing page describes approved city coverage and a provider workspace. It also says card verification is required; the configured Free process creates no charge, invoice or recurring paid subscription. The fee disclosure qualifies card verification as applying when that process is available, alongside the current disabled-billing notice.
Under the later publication provisions of the current provider agreement, approved listings have no automatic publication end date simply because a Free quote allowance or paid membership ends. A paid listing whose paid rights end continues as Free. Owner deletion, moderation, suspension or removal for another valid reason can still apply.
Quote access has its own rules. New-Free and post-membership allowances have separately configured start and end dates; check the listing's recorded state in the workspace. There is no universal Free duration or promise of lifetime leads. After an allowance ends, a listing may remain discoverable while its public phone, email and website links are hidden. A remaining quote button may offer a disclosed shared or assisted route rather than an exclusive request to that business.
An expired-allowance Free listing can be considered for shared matching only as a last resort when that fallback is enabled. A plan switch, duplicate listing or ownership transfer does not promise another allowance. See the agreement's listing publication and quote-request provisions.
Read Premium pricing as selected coverage plus one optional add-on
The current published geographic catalog uses monthly USD prices before tax:
City · $2 per selected city · One required city: $2
County · $20 per selected county · One city plus one county: $22
State · $50 per selected state · One city plus one state: $52
Nationwide United States · $100 · One city plus nationwide coverage: $102
Every Premium listing requires at least one separately billed city. Additional explicitly selected areas add their own charges, including overlapping selections. State coverage applies to relevant city and county searches within that state, so you do not need to select every child area; any additional areas you do select remain billable.
Standard Premium adds no visibility surcharge. Featured is an optional $25 per month; Diamond is an optional $50 per month, in USD before tax. Choose one or neither. The selected add-on is charged once per listing across its active Premium areas, and Diamond replaces Featured. Neither adds cities, counties, states or nationwide coverage.
Billing status matters. The pricing page describes enrollment and payment before review, but the current fee disclosure, provider agreement and commercial-label policy say live online billing is disabled. These are published catalog figures, not confirmation that a live purchase or automatic renewal is available. Confirm the available arrangement and its recorded terms with LimoVibes before relying on checkout. Selecting a plan is not a charge; payment, where expressly available, does not assure approval or immediate publication.
Under the published fee model, LimoVibes charges no per-lead fee, per-response fee or transportation booking commission. That does not remove selected coverage or visibility charges, or determine what your business charges for the ride. For an accepted recurring arrangement, review the cancellation and refund policy for renewal, effective dates and refund conditions.
Know which priority system you are considering
The commercial-label policy describes two different orders:
• Directory commercial ordering: Diamond, Featured, Premium, then Free. Broader matching purchased coverage orders listings within a tier; page context, active rights and search filters still matter.
• Shared quote matching: matching nationwide, state, county and city coverage, in that order. Within each coverage level, Diamond precedes Featured, then Premium. Eligible Free allowances follow the paid pools.
That means nationwide Premium can be considered before city Diamond for an eligible shared request. A badge improves the commercial tier within applicable coverage; it does not move a city entitlement into a nationwide pool. Higher-priority pools may fill all authorized recipient places before a lower pool is reached. Eligibility, service fit, rotation and the customer's permission still constrain assignment.
An eligible direct request is exclusive to the selected business. It is not silently redistributed to competitors if unanswered; the customer must separately authorize expansion. Paid labels certify neither licensing nor insurance, safety, quality or availability. No plan assures a directory position on every page, inquiries, bookings or revenue.
An owner's decision checklist
Use these questions before committing to coverage or presenting the listing as ready for inquiries:
• Is this the correct business record? Claim the existing record where appropriate. Resolve identity or authority questions before creating another listing.
• Can a customer understand the actual operation? Correct stale contacts, services, fleet details and service areas. Leave unknown capability unconfirmed until you can establish it.
• Do you know the access dates? Check publication, quote allowance and paid entitlements separately. If the receiving route is unclear, resolve it before assuming every profile request reaches your team.
• Can you serve the selected geography? Choose areas around real operating capability. Identify who would operate a trip beyond your own fleet or branch before offering it.
• Does an add-on address the decision you are making? Compare geographic reach first, then the optional tier within that reach. Review every line item and current billing availability before accepting commercial terms.
• Who will own the response? Assign an authorized person to review trip requirements, clarify unknowns and provide a complete offer or an accurate decline. A commercial tier cannot do that work for you.
Example trip brief
Consider this hypothetical airport-transfer request. It is a writing aid for reviewing an inquiry, not a report of a customer journey or a promised platform feature.
Airport transfer requested at 8:00 AM local time for four passengers and three bags. Please confirm a suitable vehicle, the pickup arrangement, the complete price and the terms required to reserve. The travel date and destination are not specified in this brief and must be confirmed before an offer can be finalized.
Before answering with a price, settle what that brief leaves open:
• Flight and itinerary: confirm the travel date, airport, flight number, terminal, destination and full addresses. Establish whether 8:00 AM means flight arrival, passenger readiness or the requested vehicle meeting time. Check the local time and route before offering a schedule.
• Pickup and meeting point: agree where the passengers will meet the provider, how they identify each other, whether meet-and-greet is included and how flight changes, delays and waiting are handled. Do not treat a requested time as confirmed availability.
• Vehicle, luggage and operator: ask for bag sizes and any unusual items, confirm the actual fit for four passengers and three bags, and identify the operating business and any substitute arrangement. A vehicle category or photograph does not confirm the assigned vehicle or its availability.
• Complete price and booking terms: state the total for the agreed scope, compulsory charges, parking or airport charges, included waiting and conditional extras. Explain payment, cancellation, changes and the action required to reserve; then obtain the provider's actual confirmation.
If an essential answer is missing, ask for it. If the business cannot supply the required arrangement, say so. A clear response helps the customer assess the offer without treating an assignment or preliminary price as a confirmed ride. Keep the conversation tied to the authorized trip
The provider agreement documents protected, provider-specific quote conversations: each business receives its assigned conversation, separately from competitors' discussions. Quote-only mailbox access does not grant listing ownership, editing or billing authority.
The agreement also says ordinary messages may appear in operational notification emails; the secure-only choice sends an alert without the message text. Replies to notification emails are not imported into the conversation. Use the protected conversation, keep access links confidential and avoid sending card details or identity documents in messages. Follow the access state and controls shown for your authorized conversation.
Use customer information for the authorized trip and chosen contact route. Receiving a quote request does not subscribe the customer to marketing. The marketing communications policy also states that LimoVibes marketing subscriptions and campaign sending are paused.
Frequently asked questions
1. Will my approved listing disappear when Free access or Premium ends?
Not automatically for that reason. Current publication rules keep an approved listing public, with expired paid rights continuing as Free. Paid coverage, visibility and quote access can end separately. Owner deletion and valid moderation or removal remain possible.
2. How long can a Free listing receive quotes?
Check the listing's recorded allowance dates and eligibility. New-Free and post-membership allowances are configured separately. The agreement's specific three-calendar-month transition offer applies to qualifying existing listings with missing historical dates after administrator approval; it is not a universal Free allowance or lifetime quote access.
3. Is $2 per month the full Premium price?
It is the listed pretax USD monthly price for one city. Additional selected geographic items and an optional Featured or Diamond add-on increase the total. Every Premium listing needs a separately billed city. Current policies still state that live online billing is disabled.
4. Does Diamond include nationwide coverage or assure leads?
No. Diamond is one optional listing-wide visibility add-on within active Premium coverage. Geography is selected separately, and shared matching considers coverage breadth before badge tier. Demand, eligibility, service fit and available recipient places still matter; leads and bookings are not assured.
5. Can I reply to the quote notification email?
The current provider agreement says notification-email replies are not imported into the conversation. Open the protected conversation through the authorized access route and respond there. Keep the access link private; scoped quote access is separate from authority to manage the listing.
6. Does a quote request or response confirm a ride?
No. The provider must confirm the actual vehicle, capacity, essential equipment, availability, price and transportation terms. Complete the provider's booking process and retain its confirmation. A request, assignment, acknowledgment or preliminary offer alone does not reserve transportation.
Next step: use LimoVibes provider services to choose the appropriate create, claim or access route, then work through the decision checklist with your own business information.
