LimoVibes helps users connect with limousine and transportation providers. This policy explains how quote requests (“leads”) work, what information is shared, and key limitations.

1. What a Lead Is

A “lead” or “quote request” is information you submit (or authorize) to help providers contact you with pricing/availability. Leads may be delivered to one or more relevant providers depending on your location, service type, and availability.

2. Information We Collect in a Request

  • Name, email, phone (if provided)
  • Pickup area (city/state), event date/time, service type
  • Passenger count, trip notes (optional)
  • Basic anti-spam/security signals (IP, timestamps)

Safety: Do not submit sensitive data (bank details, SSN, card numbers). Providers should never request those through initial lead contact.

3. How We Share Leads

  • We may share your request with the provider you selected, or with multiple providers to improve response chances.
  • We may use service providers (email/SMS/CRM tools) to route the lead securely.
  • We may store lead metadata for quality, fraud prevention, and reporting.

Transparency: When your information is shared with a provider, their communications and data handling are governed by their own policies. Consider reviewing the provider’s terms before booking.

4. Provider Responsibility

Providers are independent businesses responsible for:

  • Licensing, insurance, compliance, and service delivery
  • Pricing, availability, cancellations, deposits, and refunds
  • All communications, agreements, and contracts with customers

5. No Guarantee / Availability

  • We do not guarantee that providers will respond, offer specific prices, or accept requests.
  • Quotes are estimates provided by providers and may change based on details/availability.
  • LimoVibes is not a party to the final service contract unless explicitly stated.

6. Spam, Abuse, and Safety

  • We may block requests that appear automated, fraudulent, or abusive.
  • We may rate-limit lead submissions from certain IPs/devices.
  • If you receive suspicious messages claiming to be from LimoVibes, report them to policy@limovibes.com.

7. Data Retention

We retain lead information as necessary for operations, fraud prevention, quality assurance, and legal compliance. We may de-identify or aggregate data for analytics.
