This policy explains how reviews and ratings work on LimoVibes, what we allow, what we remove, and how disputes are handled. Our goal is to keep content honest, helpful, and safe.

1. Who Can Leave a Review

  • Reviews should be based on a real experience with the provider (ride, quote process, communication, or service outcome).
  • One person may submit only one review per experience, unless updating due to resolution (we may merge/replace duplicates).

2. What Reviews Should Include

  • Specific details (service type, date range, location, what went well/poorly).
  • Helpful context (timeliness, professionalism, vehicle condition, billing clarity).
  • Respectful language (even when negative).

Privacy rule: Do not post sensitive personal data (IDs, credit cards, addresses, private phone numbers, medical info) in reviews.

3. Prohibited Content

  • Hate speech, threats, harassment, or defamatory claims stated as facts without context.
  • Spam, promotional links, referral codes, or advertising unrelated to the experience.
  • Fake reviews, coordinated review campaigns, or reviews posted for compensation without disclosure.
  • Impersonation, doxxing, or exposing private information.
  • Illegal content, hacking instructions, or content that violates rights.

4. Moderation & Removal

We may moderate, reject, edit (for formatting), or remove content that violates this policy, our Terms, or applicable laws. We may also:

  • Remove suspicious or unverifiable reviews.
  • Remove reviews connected to fraud, extortion, or review manipulation.
  • Temporarily limit review posting for abuse prevention.

5. Business Owner Responses

  • Businesses may respond politely and professionally.
  • Do not share customer private info in a response.
  • We may remove abusive owner responses too.

6. Disputes & Investigations

If a provider disputes a review, we may request supporting context (e.g., booking reference, communication proof). We do not adjudicate legal disputes or guarantee outcomes.

Important: Posting a review does not create a legal claim on our platform. Reviews are opinions and experiences; we may remove content that becomes legally risky or unverifiable.

7. Star Ratings

  • Star ratings reflect user feedback and are not endorsements by LimoVibes.
  • We may adjust display if we detect spam/abuse patterns.

8. Report a Review

To report a review or request removal for privacy/copyright reasons, email policy@limovibes.com with the page URL and details.
