Version 2 Effective Replaced

LimoVibes is operated by Himalayan Handicraft Inc DBA D&S Digital and Printing. Our mailing address is 14717 Pioneer Blvd Apt 74, Norwalk CA 90650 US.

Scope and current availability

This agreement applies to the available LimoVibes provider listing and platform-management services. It is not an agreement for a customer's transportation. A provider's own transportation contract, fare and service commitments must be discussed with that provider.

Live online payments are not currently enabled. A sandbox or test checkout is not a real purchase or live charge. The billing provisions below describe the boundaries for any future live order expressly offered and accepted, and do not enable payments or convert a test account into a paid contract. Separate manual or offline arrangements remain subject to their recorded terms and applicable law.

Authority and truthful listing information

You must have legal capacity and authority to act for the business whose listing you create, edit or claim. Maintain accurate business identity, contact information, service descriptions, geographic information and any credentials you choose to represent. Do not imply that you own vehicles, hold licenses, carry insurance, have memberships or can provide services unless those statements are accurate and supportable.

Only submit photographs, logos, descriptions and other material that you are permitted to use. You retain your rights in your submitted content and authorize LimoVibes to store, format and display material submitted for publication as needed to provide the listing service. That permission does not transfer ownership of the business or its intellectual property.

Create, edit and claim review

Listing creation, updates and claims use a guided information and package-selection process. A saved draft is not a published listing. Proposed changes remain subject to administrative review; a payment or successful checkout does not itself approve the information, establish ownership or authorize publication.

For a claim, complete the private verification task shown in the provider workspace, including the requested business-registration and owner-identification documents. A request may require corrections or further evidence. Do not send identity documents through a general contact form. See the Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy for the handling of private verification information.

Management access may be corrected, restricted or removed when authority is disputed, a submitted claim is unsupported or an authorized ownership change is established. A paid plan does not purchase permanent control of a listing. Ending a paid plan is separate from requesting a correction to public business information or a change in management access.

Packages, coverage and commercial visibility

Available package choices and their terms are displayed in the journey. The accepted order identifies the selected items, geographic areas, optional visibility feature, amounts, billing interval and applicable discounts. Geographic selections are additive: overlapping selected areas do not automatically replace one another or create a bundled discount.

The configured Free plan has no recurring paid subscription. Its enrollment process includes card verification when that process is available; verification is separate from a charge. Premium coverage and optional visibility features have the recurring terms shown in the accepted live order when live billing becomes available.

Premium, Featured and Diamond are commercial features, not licensing, insurance, safety or quality certifications. Paid priority is limited to active eligible purchased coverage and does not guarantee inquiries, bookings, revenue or a particular position on every page. See the Platform-Fee Disclosure and Commercial Labels Policy.

Payment, review outcomes and cancellation

Where a live paid enrollment is offered, the disclosed initial payment may be collected before administrative review. If a paid new enrollment is rejected or returned for changes before approval, the review-reversal process cancels that enrollment's subscription and refunds the captured enrollment payment in full. An unapproved paid amendment refunds its captured amendment payment; it does not cancel the existing approved subscription or refund a separate active term.

For an already active recurring plan, cancellation normally stops future renewal and preserves paid benefits through the paid-through date. Cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund. Required refunds and other remedies remain available under applicable law. Refund submission and completion are different states; processor confirmation and bank posting can take additional time.

Use Provider Billing for the cancellation controls available for your agreement. If a pending change, access problem or missing control prevents cancellation, submit the request through billing support and identify the listing or order. Accepting a new policy is not a condition of cancelling renewal. The Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy explains these distinctions.

Requests, messages and responsible use

A quote request is an inquiry, not a guaranteed booking. Review its details before representing availability, price or a proposed branch, network or affiliate arrangement. Use requester information to address the requested service and related legitimate communications; receiving a request is not permission for unrelated marketing, resale of contact information or unauthorized disclosure.

Keep access codes and private links confidential. Do not impersonate customers or competing businesses, create false reviews, manipulate listing information or use the service for unlawful or deceptive conduct. We may review or restrict access or content to address such conduct, disputed authority, security risks or legal obligations.

Ending service, changes and rights

Expiry of a paid entitlement removes its associated commercial benefits. A listing moves to Free only when eligible; a listing without an eligible active plan may no longer be displayed. This is separate from record retention, which follows the relevant purpose and retention rules.

Later public wording does not silently rewrite an accepted order. Required notice and any required renewed agreement apply to material changes. The Terms of Use supply the general website conditions and California-law framework, while mandatory legal protections and remedies remain unaffected. No term here guarantees approval, a booking or a business outcome, or excuses conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

For assistance, use provider support, billing support or the mailing address above.

Listing publication and quote requests

From this version’s actual publication, this section describes the listing-publication features and governs new quote requests and newly authorized expansions. For those features it replaces inconsistent descriptions earlier in this document. It does not rewrite earlier accepted orders, prices, permissions or recorded promised quote-allowance dates. Applicable notice and any required renewed agreement remain necessary before a material change is applied to an ongoing arrangement; publishing this version alone does not supply either. Other provisions continue to apply. Your quote form identifies the route available for your request before you submit it.

Publication and access

Approved listings do not automatically expire because a Free quote allowance or paid membership ends. A paid listing whose paid rights end continues as a Free listing. This does not prevent an owner from deleting a listing or LimoVibes from moderating, suspending or removing a listing for another valid reason.

Publication, paid geographic coverage, visibility add-ons and quote access are separate. New Free and post-membership Free allowances have separately configured start and end dates. The provider workspace shows the applicable access state. A further allowance is not promised by switching plans, renewing briefly, transferring ownership or creating a duplicate listing.

After a Free allowance ends, the listing may remain discoverable while public phone, email and website links are hidden. A Request Quote button can remain, but its form must disclose the available shared or assisted route. An expired allowance does not confer a right to exclusive profile requests.

Direct and shared inquiries

A request addressed to an eligible provider is exclusive to that provider. It does not consume a shared-matching recipient place or change shared rotation. LimoVibes does not silently send an unanswered direct request to competitors. The customer must separately authorize any later expansion.

A shared request may be assigned to multiple independent provider businesses up to the maximum shown when permission is given. Matching uses the customer-confirmed pickup area, service and essential requirements. Nationwide coverage has priority, followed by matching state, county and city coverage. Within each coverage level, Diamond precedes Featured, then Premium. Eligible Free allowances are considered after paid coverage; expired-allowance Free providers may be considered only as a last resort when that fallback is enabled. Eligibility, verified access and service fit still apply.

Within the same eligible pool, selection is random without repeating a provider until the other currently eligible members have had their turn. A new eligible provider joins the remaining members of the current cycle. The same business is not counted more than once on a request. Higher-priority pools can fill a request before lower-priority providers receive a place. This is an opportunity-allocation rule, not a guarantee of equal demand, a minimum number of leads or a booking.

Provider responsibilities

Keep service areas, services, fleet capacity and essential capability information accurate. A self-declared service label is not proof of accessible equipment or any other essential capability. Use customer information only to evaluate and discuss the authorized trip, respect the contact preference, and do not resell it or add the customer to a marketing list without separate lawful permission. Authorized workspace access and verified ownership remain required.

Respond in the protected conversation by the stated deadline. A decline, unavailable vehicle or unanswered request does not guarantee replacement opportunities or a refund. No transportation contract, vehicle availability, licensing conclusion or insurance guarantee is created merely by receiving a request.
